Good Carbs, Bad Carbs |

Many diet plans restrict or eliminate carbs from the menu. This is a myth that ALL carbohydrates are bad! What we want to do is eliminate BAD carbs and eat plenty of good carbs. Bad carbs are things like sugar, white flour, processed foods and foods which contain fatty oils. Good carbs are things like brown rice, lentils, all fruits and vegetables.
