Children in College or University living in residence or away from home are missing your cooking right now! Actually, they are eating but likely ordering in Pizza or take out foods. These meals are not nutritious and are very costly as per their tight budgets. Having your student use the Cyber Chef site, they can actually plan their menu for a week at a time, have the groceries delivered and always have something to eat that resembles a meal! We recommend that students take 1 hour 2 times per week to cook batches of foods that can be readily combined into quick meals. Staple foods such as Brown Rice, Mixed veggies can be cooked in less than 1 hour. By adding a protein such as Chicken Breasts quick grilled fresh, you have a meal in 5 minutes! There are lots of quick and nutritious recipes to choose from.
